About Dancing Thru Life

Dance doesn't have an age limit.

Dancing Thru Life is a dance studio created exclusively for adults. Whether you're taking your very first class or returning to dance after many years away, you'll find a welcoming community where adults of all ages and experience levels can learn, grow and have fun.

Founded in 2007, Dancing Thru Life offers classes in tap, jazz and ballet. Our classes are designed specifically for adult learners, with multiple levels that allow dancers to continue progressing year after year.

Here, you'll find beginners, experienced dancers and everyone in between. Some students danced as children before returning years later. Others discovered dance for the very first time as adults. No matter where you begin, you'll find encouraging instructors, supportive classmates and opportunities to continue learning and growing at your own pace.

Some of our dancers enjoy performing in our annual showcase. Others simply come for the joy of dancing, the friendships they've built and the opportunity to stay active. There is no single path here—only the one that's right for you.

Most of all, Dancing Thru Life gives adults a place that's just for them. It's a place to learn, laugh, make new friends, challenge yourself and continue growing. As your skills improve, confidence grows too—and that's often one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.
